Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Because more savings means more treats. (For the dog, obviously.)

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after being placed. Processing times may vary during peak periods, but we're always working hard to get things moving!

Shipping & Delivery Standard shipping is $4.89 and orders typically arrive within 4-8 business days once shipped, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Order Updates Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can obsessively refresh the page waiting for your delivery. We get it, we do it too.

Secure Checkout All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted checkout system, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
